Time
- Tours depart between approximately 2:55am – 4.30am from your hotel and return at approximately 10.30am. Please note pick up times are seasonal and can change depending on the time of the sunrise
- It is highly recommended to reconfirm your booking on arrival to the Gold Coast and confirm your hotel pick up time to avoid disappointment
- Pick up is available from accomodation in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach, Southport between 3.50am and 4.30am or you can meet Nerang or Canungra
- All bookings are weather dependent and in the case of bad weather your booking will be rescheduled

Additional Information
- Children under 3 years old cannot participate
- Children 3-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Children aged 13- 17 years can travel on the balloon flight by themselves but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the tour
- You must be able to climb up the 1.2m foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance
- You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
- Pregnant women and those who participated in diving the day before are not suited to this activity
- Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking
- Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags
- Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given
- Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation
- It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed in shoes – no heels, slippers or skirts please
- Bring a jacket as it get quite cool as the sun rises and please avoid white clothes
- Carry hats and sunglasses and a fully charged camera for taking pictures
- If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold
- In other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of the hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

- It is highly recommended to reconfirm your booking on arrival to the Gold Coast and confirm your hotel pick up departure and pick up time. For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details are included on your tour voucher
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the tour. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted
