Minimum Age: 4 years (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian). A parent/guardian must sign the waiver for minors.

Fitness Requirement: Low–medium fitness required. While no prior swimming, kayaking, or snorkelling experience is necessary, guests must be able to participate in a physical activity. No refunds/rescheduling if unable to complete the tour.

Weight Limits: 200 kg maximum per double kayak; 100 kg maximum per single kayak.

Health Restrictions: Not recommended during pregnancy or for guests with back problems (for safety).

Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver before commencing the activity.

Life Jackets: Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs/life jackets) are provided and must be worn during kayaking and snorkelling activities – including for confident swimmers.
- Natural Conditions: Water visibility and wildlife sightings vary with tides, weather, and seasons, and cannot be guaranteed.

Weather & Minimum Numbers: Tours are subject to weather conditions and minimum participant numbers. Seaway Kayaking Tours reserves the right to cancel up to 1 hour before departure if conditions are unsafe or minimum numbers are not met. In such cases, rescheduling, credit, or refund options will be offered. Seaway Kayaking Tours is not responsible for undesired weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Flexible: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund or new date.
- No refunds/rescheduling for:
- Cancellations less than 24 hrs before the tour
- No-shows or late arrivals (10+ mins after start time)
- Change of mind on arrival

Insufficient fitness or water confidence
Gift Card Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- Gift vouchers expires 3 years (1095 days) after purchase
- Free exchanges allowed
- Gift vouchers are only refundable within 3 months of purchase date and only to the purchaser
- Gift vouchers are equivalent to the amount purchased. In the case price tickets increase, an extra cost might apply when redeemed.
- Booking fee and credit card surcharges might apply when buying and redeeming
- A 12% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays
