Make your own 500ml bottle of Gin during an intimate evening with our head distiller, Luke Ridden
As the very first of its kind in Queensland, our 4-hour experience will guide you as you get to choose your own botanicals & learn to distil using one of our custom made 2L copper stills.
This distillery experience will introduce you to the gin-making process and teach you how to create your own bespoke 500ml bottle of craft spirit, which you get to take home to share (and brag) amongst friends and family.
We’ll delve into the history of Gin and the story behind the great Granddad Jack as we take you on a distillery tour and provide tastings of our award-winning spirits & liqueurs.
