“Electric Bikes are AWESOME!”
Wow! My husband and I hired the brand new Merida electric bikes and managed to cover 45km. The Barossa has a wonderful dedicated bike trail, much of it away from the roads and meandering through vineyards and bushland. There are some steep hills around Jacobs Creek and there is no way we could have covered this distance without the aid of power. With these bikes you can cycle up a very steep incline and it feels like you are on a flat section. It was so much fun and a brilliant way to explore the region. Louis was great, friendly, welcoming and so passionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these bikes to anyone that wants a bit of an adventure and isn’t super cycle fit. Thank you Louis for the highlight of our trip.
