DESCRIPTION
Finish your holiday or business trip with a worry-free pickup from your Hotel in Port Douglas to Cairns Airport (CNS) in a shared shuttle.
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at the domestic or international terminal.
When making a booking, please provide your flight details (flight number and scheduled departure time) and the full name and address of your hotel.
Please ensure you book a shuttle with a pickup time of at least 3 hours before the departure time of your flight. This will give you enough time to complete your check-in at the airport.
Once your transfer is confirmed, you’ll receive a travel voucher to present to your driver—it’s that easy.
We pick up from hotels & resorts in Port Douglas (not including Mossman and North of Mossman) and also at Thala Beach.
Know before you go:
• Partial cancellation is not available for roundtrip transfers.
• Transfers operate between the following hours:
07:00am and 19:00pm – Airport to Northern Beaches and Port Douglas
06:00am and 18:00pm – Port Douglas and Northern Beaches to Cairns Airport
07:00am and 19:00pm – Airport to Cairns City
08:00am; 09:00; 10:00; 12:00pm; 14:30 & 17:30 – Cairns City to Airport (set run times only)

• Please call Airport Connections to re-confirm your transfer the day prior to travel, office hours are generally 07:00am to 17:00pm Mon-Fri and 09:00-16:00 Sat, Sun. Limited hours on public holidays.
• Children under 1 years are complimentary only if not occupying their own seat, and must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Child prices valid for 1 to 12 year olds only.
*(In Queensland child restraints are generally not required on buses, trains or personalised transport services such as taxi, limousine and ride-booking services).
• If a child seat is required, then this is subject to availability and a direct fee is payable.
• Children can-not travel unattended.
• 1 standard-size bag and 1 carry-on bag are allowed per person.
• Additional and oversized baggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, bikes, fishing rods, etc) is subject to space/availability and will incur an extra surcharge, which is payable direct at the time of service.
