DESCRIPTION
Tour 3 departs from Sea World Helicopter’s terminal and starts by soaring over the Broadwater and intersecting the coast south of Sea World. You will take in spectacular views of Surfers Paradise, the famous Q1 Building and Broadbeach – the ideal way to experience the coastal city sights. The helicopter then tracks inland towards Robina Town Centre. During this time, you will witness distant views of Gold Coast’s magical hinterland, including Mt Tamborine and Springbrook National Park. You will then journey towards Burleigh Heads, capturing views of Point Danger and Coolangatta in the distance. The helicopter will fly over Tallebudgera’s crystal blue creek before soaring around Burleigh Heads National Park. As you embark back north over the water, you will fly past the Q1 Building at around half its height and over Porpoise Point. To complete Tour 3, the helicopter will turn over South Stradbroke Island and fly down the Broadwater before arriving back at the helipads.
Total flight time for Tour 3 is approximately 15 minutes with a total experience time of 30 minutes.
