For transfers originating from the airport, you will be greeted by your chauffeur displaying a sign with your name in the main arrivals / baggage collection area. Assistance will be offered with collecting your luggage before the chauffeur then escorts you to your chauffeured vehicle parked in a reserved parking area for a swift and seamless exit from the airport.
Please note that our drivers always keep track of flight arrival time changes so there is no need for you to contact us in the event of your flight being delayed. We would always contact you in the event of a significant flight delay that necessitates any change to your original booking.
If you are travelling either early morning, late evening or at such other times where our main office phone may be unattended you will receive your driver’s contact details via text message in advance of your transfer.
