DESCRIPTION
Enjoy an abundance of wildlife, sculpted rock landscapes and dramatic coastlines on Park Trek’s five-day walking holiday through Kangaroo Island and help this magnificent Island community rebuild after the devastating 2020 bushfires. Stay at locally owned accommodation and enjoy the amazing array of wildlife on the island including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, goannas, sea lions, fur seals and a myriad of birdlife.
Visit the Remarkable Rocks, take a tour to see the gorgeous and playful sea lions at Seal Bay. This trip provides easy walking opportunities, with most longer trails on the western end of the island burnt out in the bushfires and not open for hiking.
There are still breathtaking seascapes, picturesque scenery and friendly locals. Your time away on Kangaroo Island allows you to experience the beauty and wonder of the natural environment.
