If you’re looking to try surfing, Moana Beach is a beautiful location to learn. Book this fun two-hour surf lesson and join professional surf instructors for a comprehensive lesson where you’ll learn about ocean awareness, surf safety and all the basic techniques to help you catch a wave.
Moana Beach is typically known for its smaller waves which are perfect for those who are trying to find their feet on the water. Meet your instructors and get kitted out in a wetsuit or rash top before commencing the surf lesson on the sand.
Next, it’s time to head down to the shore and hit the surf with instructors on hand to give you helpful tips to land that perfect wave on your first lesson. Once you’re confident, you’ll be standing up and riding waves with ease in no time at all.

Time
- This experience is two hours in duration
- Available everyday excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day
- Lessons at 11am and 1pm
Additional Information
- Please bring bathers, sunscreen and a towel.
- Maximum of 30 participants.
Terms And Conditions
- Participants must be at least seven years of age and be able to swim 50 metres.

- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
