DESCRIPTION
Swim with Cuttlefish on this comprehensive three day guided tour from Adelaide with accommodation, transport, activities and meals included. Once a year these curious creatures congregate in their thousands to breed in the Upper Spencer Marine Park, the only place in the world where this is known to occur. Come along and witness the colourful tricks and antics that occur before your eyes on this extraordinary bucket list experience you’ll remember forever.
This immersive package will see you travel from Adelaide to Whyalla via the famous Pink Lake, Alligator Gorge and Australian Arid Lands Botanic Gardens for a photo stop along the way. Spend one night in single share or twin share accommodation in Melrose and a second night in Whyalla with most meals included. On day two, you’ll travel to the home of the Giant Cuttlefish, Whyalla.
Get fitted out with wetsuits, snorkelling gear and receive a full safety briefing before heading out to swim with these fish in their natural environment. There’ll be one more opportunity on the final day to snorkel or dive with the Cuttlefish before the journey back to Adelaide in the afternoon but not before one last detour into the Clare Valley. Enjoy a spot of wine tasting and local produce while reflecting on your one of a kind Cuttlefish journey.
