Every wanted to find out just what what happens in the vineyard and just how much work goes into making a single drop of wine? Join us on our property in Angaston for a unique hands-on behind-the-scenes experience.
First we head off to feed the chooks. From there you’ll take a tour of the Town Shiraz Block – where we’ll put you to work – help us put in a few drippers, train some canes or pull some weeds, all while enjoying the amazing native bird life.
Your hard work will be rewarded with breath-taking views across the Barossa from our private lookout. Taste the Shiraz made from the vineyard, relax, and take in the views from our Sunset Block.
Next you can feed our sheep, including our adorable miniature Baby Doll sheep and alpaca Achilles. Then it’s into the barrel shed where, depending on the season, we’ll get your hands dirty helping to top some barrels, plunge a ferment cap or run some lab checks.
Enjoy a blending experience where you can create your best GSM blend in the kitchen while learning more about the winemaking process before it’s time for a two-course home-cooked lunch around our kitchen table or on the back patio, accompanied by a tasting of the full Paisley Wines range.
