DESCRIPTION
There has never been a better time to explore new wellbeing opportunities, to embrace the benefits of slowing down for improved wellbeing. Your certified forest therapy guide will take you on a journey to recharge and connect with nature. The practice involves a series of mindfulness, sensory exploration and slow movement to help relax, become more present and connect with the natural world.
Throughout the experience you will be supported by a qualified coach and mentor to discover your true nature. You will be invited to explore, reflect and share about what you notice around you and within you.
The group will gather in the forest under the tall trees in the secluded Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park about 4 hours drive south of Perth. You will be guided to engage your senses and tune it to the rhythms of nature. Then, we will wander through the forest on a slow and gentle walk. The walk length is approximately 2km. The experience concludes with a tea ceremony, where you will have time to reflect, surrounded by bird song and fresh forest air.
