Join us for an intimate, hosted dining experience at the Tipsy Hill vineyard and gardens, the private home of Bec Hardy, vigneron and sixth generation member of the globally renowned Hardy wine family.
It’s a culinary event that’s different from the norm, where visitors can enjoy a meal of seasonal, local dishes paired with your choice of premium wines, including back vintages, from the Bec Hardy portfolio, hosted by the vigneron and her family.
This is a unique, behind the scenes, authentic experience, created to offer something a bit unusual, where wine-lovers can immerse themselves in Hardy history, and discover what it means to be part of 170 years of wine-making heritage.
Tipsy Hill is a Tuscan-influenced property, sitting high on a hill at the top of a long drive with breathtaking views across McLaren Vale. The Mediterranean style gardens offers instagrammable views ahead of enjoying a unique dining occasion like no other.
Lunch or dinner, all bookings include sparkling win on arrival, with a personal tour of the award-winning vineyard and gardens at Tipsy Hill.

• Prosciutto wrapped Tommy Ruff – Prosciutto wrapped Tommy Ruff, white bean puree, slow roasted tomatoes, spiced pepitas, basil
• Buffalo Mozzarella – Buffalo mozzarella, marinated eggplant, chilli jam, sourdough and pickled shallot
• Chicken Ballotine – Chicken ballotine with pea puree, fresh peas and sugar snaps
• Slow-cooked Lamb – Moroccan lamb shoulder with charred wombok and tahini yoghurt
• Strawberry Tart – Roasted strawberry tart with balsamic, basil, crème fraiche and oat crumble
• Panna Cotta – Salted caramel panna cotta, blood orange poached rhubarb, honeycomb and hazelnuts
