We take you through a comprehensive tree to bottle experience of how pears are grown, how we graft trees to change the variety, how we store fruit all year round, how we grade fruit for the fresh market and also how we then look at the entire process from fruit to bottle on the production of our Cider, Perry and fruit juices.
This tour will leave no questions unanswered, amaze you with the science behind every action and the work required to produce world class produce. Taking you on a journey spanning 4 generations and the changes made to become an organic orchard, it will fundamentally change how you view fresh food going forward!
