Visit somewhere like Yalumba or Langmeil to get familiar with the region and try the wines the region has become famous for. Next it’s somewhere at the forefront of new varieties, odd blends, and uncommon techniques, for the less-traditional side of the Barossa. Limber up and get your palate off-piste at wineries like Artisans of Barossa or David Franz.
A seasonally inspired multi-course lunch with wine at restaurant FINO Seppeltsfield awaits you, before finishing the day with a tasting at one of the regions more premium-focussed wineries.
