This is every chocolate lovers dream…..Petaluma, Croser & Bay of Fires wines has teamed up with Adelaide Hills premium chocolatier, Red Cacao to create an outstanding chocolate and wine tasting experience. Four premium wines are expertly paired with hand-made locally produced luxury chocolates.
Red Cacao is a family owned chocolate shop situated in the popular village of Stirling. They hand make all of their artisan chocolates which are beautifully decorated with delicious dried fruits and sweet treats.
The ultimate chocolate and wine lovers experience with our premium Petaluma, Croser and Bay of Fires wines perfectly matched to these gourmet luxury chocolates.
Red Cacao Chocolates are available for purchase from the cellar door too so you can take your favourites home with you after the tasting.
The match tasting consist of the following
- Croser Vintage Sparkling, Piccadilly With Red Cacao – Mixed Berry & Pop Rock White Chocolate
- Eddystone Chardonnay, Tasmania With Red Cacao – Mulberry Cashew White Milk Chocolate
- Bay of Fires Pinot Noir, Tasmania With Red Cacao – Strawberry Coconut Violet Dark Chocolate
- Petaluma Evans Vineyard Cabernet Merlot, Coonawarra With Red Cacao – Raspberry Dark Chocolate

- Each flight is equivalent to 1.5 standard drinks.
- Chocolates may contain nuts or traces of nuts
- You may choose different flights for each person, just add those products and ensure you choose the same date and time when booking.
- If you are booking separately and wish to join with your group, please indicate the group name or booking confirmation number in the “special requirements” section (Please note there are group size limits)
- All guests booked in our tasting room must participate in an individual wine flight
