DESCRIPTION
This is the ultimate day of riding approximately 52 km of insane trail!
Depart from the Derby Trailhead at 8.45am to begin your adventure on the Top 13 km of the Bay of Fires trail. Fly through the best flow in Derby before jumping back on the shuttle to return to the top!
The second trail of the day will be the iconic Blue Tier, where you’ll wind through dense rainforests and onto the famous Big Chook section. After whipping through the many berms, you’ll pop out at the historic Weldborough Pub where you can grab some lunch and maybe a cheeky beverage.
The final shuttle of the day will deliver you to the top of Atlas, a fun a poppy trail that is the perfect mix of tech and flow. Atlas will link you onto the outskirts of the Blue Derby trail network where you can choose between four trails that will lead to the town of Derby.
Krushka’s and Dam Busters are your two intermediate options, or if you’re after an intense finish you can choose between Black Dragon or Trouty.
You’ll have the option to return to Derby on the shuttle from Weldborough if you’re too tired to complete the Atlas section.
