Hosted by our oyster specialist, this tour explores the production techniques used to grow Melshell Oysters. Discover the secrets of how their oysters are grown from 4mm seed to 70mm harvest size, and the many steps taken to get the oyster in tip top condition. This on shore tour takes you into the workings of our farm , equipment used, grading techniques and tells you all the production secrets of our farm. Overlooking our oyster farm you will enjoy water views as you slurp your own 1/2 dozen oysters and glass of Tasmanian beverage of your choice.
