DESCRIPTION
Explore the Southern Stars on kunanyi / Mt Wellington
Join us at the Springs on kunanyi / Mt Wellington to learn about our southern stars, unique nocturnal wildlife
We will explore the southern night sky, starting with the Moon and our solar system. Depending on the time of year we may be able to see other planets of our solar system. Then we’ll look further out to the milky way and into deep space. If your lucky we may get to see the nuyina / aurora.
We will take a short walk to do some wildlife spotting, where we regularly see pademelons, micro bats and possums.
