Stop At: Richmond, Richmond, Clarence, Greater Hobart, Tasmania
Wander amongst the heritage listed buildings in Australia’s best preserved colonial village, including historic Richmond Bridge, convict built in the early 1800’s. Richmond is approximately 30 minutes by road from Hobart.

Pass By: Dunalley TAS 7177, Australia
Dunalley is a relaxed small fishing village that you pass through to get to and from the Tasman Peninsula. Sometimes we stop briefly, for example if there are seals frolicking in the canal.
Stop At: Pirates Bay Drive, Pirates Bay Dr, Eaglehawk Neck TAS 7179, Australia
As we approach the Tasman Peninsula, we’ll stop at Pirates Bay lookout for sweeping views of the coastline, from Eaglehawk Neck south towards Cape Huay in the distance.

Stop At: Devils Kitchen, 31 Tasmans Arch Rd, Eaglehawk Neck TAS 7179, Australia
Devil’s Kitchen is an impressive geological feature and a highlight of Tasman National Park, demonstrating the power of the Southern Ocean and the ancient processes that have caused erosion and collapse of rock to create a huge chasm. Highlights include the sounds of the crashing ocean on rough days and the smell of salt in the air in addition to the visual impact of the coastal landscape.

Stop At: Tasman Arch Track, Eaglehawk Neck TAS 7179, Australia
Tasman Arch is an enormous rock arch located closeby the Devil’s Kitchen in Tasman National Park. You don’t need to be impressed by geology to feel the awe of this massive seascape, particularly as you gaze down to the ocean below.

Stop At: Waterfall Bay, Tasman Arch Carpark, Eaglehawk Neck, Tasmania Australia
From Tasman Arch we’ll walk along the sea cliffs to the magnificent Waterfall Bay, where waterfalls cascade into the Southern Ocean. This breathtaking area forms part of Tasman National Park. The walk to Waterfall Bay offers a scenic and gentle walk with outstanding forest and coastal scenery. The 90 minute time frame is approximate and includes the stop at Tasman Arch and Devil’s Kitchen.

Stop At: Remarkable Cave, Cave Road, Port Arthur, Tasmania 7182 Australia
Remarkable Cave is a tunnel-shaped cave, created by erosion from pounding southern seas. Descend on steps and behold the immense cave; depending on the tide and ocean swells, you may get wet!

Stop At: Mount Brown and Crescent Bay Walking Track, Safety Cove Road, Port Arthur, Tasmania 7182 Australia
The walk to Crescent Bay is the hero attraction of today. Choose this tour if you want a fabulous nature-based and active-style day tour of the Tasman Peninsula. From Remarkable Cave, this is an outstanding walk of an easy to moderate grade along to Crescent Bay. The views are simply incredible over coastal heath and to sea cliffs north and south of the headland. We’ll keep a lookout for sea eagles and other birdlife, plus marine life as well. It is possible to summit Mt Brown should guests prefer, or, continue to the sands of Crescent beach. It is nature walking at its finest along a terrific track. The beach itself is wild, pristine, and beautiful, with steep sand dunes sliding into the sea.
