Have you ever thought about where soda comes from? Everyone seems to know a bit about how the food and drink they have everyday like bread, cheese, or beer are made, even if they usually buy it from the store. We don’t seem to know a lot about our soda – just assume it is a mass-produced sugar-filled junk-food. Join us for a Thursday evening where we delve into everything Wild Soda – we’ll talk about its background and make a variety of drinks using everything from, whey to milk kefir SCOBYs to the yeast existing on the fruit. You’ll go home with new recipes, a couple fermenting drinks, and new insight into the world of sodas. There is also an option to get a discounted SCOBY.
