‘Lunch for Two’ at Gisborne Peak Winery. Relax for the afternoon in the Fireside Room or on the Deck overlooking the water. Lunch includes a Taster’s Platter for two, a wood-fired pizza each, choice of dessert each and a glass of wine of your choice. Gisborne Peak Winery is located in the beautiful Macedon Ranges just 45 minutes from the City. You can choose to have your lunch on a Saturday or Sunday or even mid-week as the winery is open 7-days a week. Book your date and time. (Note: not availiable on public holidays)
Feel free to wander along the many trails on the property using the Self-Guided Vineyard Walk with lots of information about the property, the types of grapes, the four self-contained eco-cottages which are totally off-grid, the recycled water in use and the flora and fauna on the property. (We ask that the shoes you wear have not been in another vineyard in the past 7-days for bio-security reasons, also please do not touch the grapes).
The winery specialises in Pinot Noir and Riesling and also has Chardonnay, Semillon and a small patch of Lagrein. Taste the wines in the cellar door or at a seated wine tasting flight with tasting notes. (Optional, $12.50 pp)
