Itinerary

Day 1: Melbourne to Great Ocean Road

Stop At: Anglesea, Anglesea, Victoria
Our first stop for the day is a beach walk on an iconic surf beach, for guests to stretch their legs and get some sand between their toes.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Great Ocean Road Memorial Archway, Great Ocean Rd 689/721 Great Ocean Rd, Lorne, Victoria Australia
Quick stop for a photo opportunity at the historic Great Ocean Road Memorial Arch.
Duration: 20 minutes

Pass By: Great Ocean Road, Great Ocean Road, Victoria
Be sure to keep your eyes wide open, as the Great Ocean Road is home to some of Australia’s most iconic and cute wildlife. If your lucky you will get to see koalas, kangaroos, parrots, kookaburras and maybe even an echidna.

Stop At: Apollo Bay, Apollo Bay, Victoria
Apollo Bay is a fantastic seaside surf village, this will be our stop for lunch with plenty of choice to be found along the esplanade.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Great Otway National Park, Great Otway National Park, Victoria
After lunch we take a guided walk through the ancient towering rainforest of Great Otway National Park.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Twelve Apostles, Great Ocean Road & Booringa Road, Port Campbell, Victoria 3269 Australia
One of the main highlights of this tour is visiting the world famous 12 Apostles, take a stroll along the cliff face boardwalk to capture an Instagram-worthy photo of the limestone rock formations.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Loch Ard Gorge, Great Ocean Road Port Campbell National Park, Victoria 3269 Australia
Just down the road from the 12 Apostles is a hidden beach known as Loch Ard Gorge, hear the shipwreck tales and spectacular views of the surrounding limestone cliffs.
Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Halls Gap, Halls Gap, Grampians, Victoria
We leave the coast and head inland towards the Grampians National Park, arriving late to our Halls Gap accommodation. We recommend you get up early to get a glimpse of the sunrise in this beauty region, it’s also a great opportunity to see an abundance of Australian wildlife.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 2: Grampians to Adelaide

Stop At: Grampians National Park, Halls Gap, Victoria 3381 Australia
The Grampians National Park is home to Kangaroos, Wallabies, Koalas, Emus, Birds, Echidnas and many other Australian creatures as well as an abundant array of plant life. ‘A Wildlife, Waterfall, Walking Wonderland’! Get up early and have a look around your hostel. There will be kangaroos grazing everywhere, noisy corellas flying above your head, you might even get lucky and spot mysterious wallaby.

Stop At: Reed Lookout, Halls Gap, Victoria Australia
Take a stroll along the lake’s shore and breathe in the fresh mountain air. This ever-popular walking and picnicking spot is just a short drive from Hall’s Gap.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: MacKenzie Falls, Victoria Australia
Hike to the bush tracks down to the base of MacKenzie Falls, a pleasant walk with beautiful views of this rugged and wonderful National Park.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: The Balconies, Reeds Lookout Carpark, Victoria Australia
Also known as the ‘Jaws of Death’, we hike our way to the lookout for panoramic views of Victoria Valley and the surrounding ranges.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Horsham, Horsham, Grampians, Victoria
Explore the regional town of Horsham, before the group separates and those traveling through to Adelaide go on there way.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Adelaide, Adelaide, Greater Adelaide, South Australia
This tour finishes in capital city of South Australia Adelaide around 7:30pm.
Duration: 4 hours
