Tour Highlights
After a safety briefing and operational overview, participants will be fitted with lifejackets before heading upriver to explore the Botanical Gardens and views of Government House. Turning under the Swan Street Bridge, we will pass the iconic Rod Laver Arena Precinct, with MCG in the background before riding along Birrarung Marr.
The tour will continue downriver under the Princes Bridge and into the heart of Melbourne. The tour will continue along the Yarra River past Flinders Street Station on to SEA Life Aquarium, with the Rialto building towering in background and passing the pontoons of Microflite.
We will then turn at Webb Bridge, taking in Yarra’s Edge Marine before passing the Polly Woodside Tallship and Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre. Continuing upstream we then pass Crown Casino, the South Bank precinct with Eureka Tower soaring to the skyline above. Arts Centre Melbourne passes us before once again passing under Princes Bridge and finishing back at the Rowing Sheds along Boathouse Drive next to Princes Bridge; directly across the Yarra River from Federation Square.

- Hat and Sunglasses
- Comfortable Clothing – suitable to the weather conditions
- You may want to bring a change of clothing if you’re going out afterwards, all efforts are made to remain dry, but feet may get wet onboarding and off-boarding the waterbikes
- Remember phone or GoPro for the all important selfie
Meeting Location:
The tour starts and finishes at the Rowing Sheds along Boathouse Drive next to Princes Bridge; directly across the Yarra River from Federation Square. It is a 5 minute walk from Flinders Train Station and multiple tram stops.
