Itinerary
We embark on a moderate 6.6km hike in the Eastern Sherbrooke Forest through towering Mountain Ash trees and wetland ferns.
Next up, we pull into one of Yarra Valley’s favourite wineries, the Innocent Bystander cellar door, for lunch. There’s plenty of time for wine tasting too if you choose.
After lunch, we skip over the road to visit craft beer brewery Matilda Bay, before jumping back in the van to visit the lads at Payten & Jones for more good wine and great tunes.
We top the day off with a visit to Four Pillars, a small craft gin distillery (that’s been named the world’s leading gin producer two years in a row), before hitting the road and returning to Melbourne.
