hosted by our multi-award-winning team.
An
educating and entertaining tour of the winery that will bring to life our
winemaking philosophy, as we explain what we do and why we do it here in the cool-climate of the Mornington Peninsula. Taste our wines straight from the barrel alongside
our winemaker and discuss the important changes taking place over time as the wines
mature and develop. You will taste and come
to understand the differences from vineyard to vineyard as they individually
reflect the winemaking quality and why we are recognised as a “Red Five Star”
Halliday rated winery.
After your ‘Behind the Scenes’ winery experience, we will host you
to a long, leisurely lunch in the stunning surrounds of our casual courtyard
Piazza in Red Hill. Take the time to sit back and relax our 75-acre estate
where, according to The Age Good Food Guide, “Everything good about eating and
drinking on the Mornington Peninsula comes together here … Montalto understands
the Peninsula’s strengths and truly shines” After lunch, take your time to
explore the contemporary sculpture collection set amongst natural wetlands, the
