Terms And Conditions
- Participants should be physically and medically fit and able to participate and enjoy a boat trip
- Passengers need to be able to board the vessel by stepping from the pier to the deck. Crew are there to assist.
- Please feel free to discuss any concerns with our office at the time of booking
- Children are welcome to participate. To fully enjoy the experience children must supervised at all times
- Minimum age is 3, children under 3 can come on the boat for free but we must be notified as soon as your booking is confirmed
- All customers need to be fully vaccinated
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
