DESCRIPTION
The SSI Try Scuba program is your introduction to the underwater world. This entry-level program gives you the opportunity to experience the underwater world, in a confined water setting. You will earn the SSI Try Scuba recognition rating.
Prerequisites
- At least 10 years of age
Dive Medical:
A dive medical may be required, especially if you fall into one or more of the following categories:
Those with an at risk medical condition; or are over 45 years of age; or have a body mass index (BMI) over 30 AND a waist circumference greater than 102cm for males and 88cm for females.
If you fall into one or more categories you may need to consult your GP for further clearances. We will send you a confirmation email with a Medical waiver attached – be sure to read through this prior to your course and follow the guidelines for medical reviews by a professional.

Course Schedule:
This one day course will begin with an introductory academic session followed by a scuba experience in the pool. Possibility to upgrade your course adding an open ocean dive to your experience
Note: This course needs a minimum of 4 students to commence
