A rare opportunity to taste aged Italian wine varieties alongside their current
release examples. This unique tasting takes you on a journey of discovery
highlighting the allure of aged wines from the King Valley. Sophisticated,
rarity, tradition and quiet complexity distinguish this tasting.

This experience tells the story through taste of the Pizzini family’s pioneering journey
of the growing and making of northern Italian wine varieties in King Valley
since the mid-1980s.

Immerse yourself in the light drenched Kiln Tasting Room and discover the family’s
winemaking history – taste wine from various vintages, comparing new release wines
to aged back vintage. Discover firsthand how these wines develop over time, and
what influence different King Valley sites have on each wine style.
