GUIDED TOUR + GARDEN
Learn how the idea for the garden came about, and how it is translated into becoming the centrepiece for our award winning tasting experience by spending 30 minutes wandering around, on a guided tour with Cathy.
Our Wine Sensory Garden is truly unique, being the only one of it’s kind in Australia!
It is the centre piece of our wine tasting experience, with it’s plantings of fruit trees, herbs, flowers and seasonal vegetables which describe and match the flavours, textures and styles of our wines.
The Garden is designed to encourage wandering, and the plantings have been chosen to immerse all of your five senses in the combined wine education and food and wine pairing experience.
This garden experience is offered once a day during Spring, Summer and Autumn at 9 am, and twice a day during Winter at 10.00 am and 4.00pm, 5 days a week.
