DESCRIPTION
Indulge yourself with this gentle 7.4km bushwalk, along the Collie end of the Wiilman Bilya Trail, as we get back to nature and unwind.
The Wiilman Bilya trail is named after the Wiilman people, the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters through which the trail passes and ‘bilya’, is the Noongar word for river. The trail combines a mix of single track forest trails and minor vehicle tracks. We will commence our hike on the Willman Bilya trail and walk to the memorable Kaniyang Wiilman Suspension Bridge, which has been beautifully painted by the talented artist Natalie Veal. We will enjoy the diversity of the forest, witnessing magnificent Yarri (black butt), Marri and Jarrah trees an dafter the walk be treated to a delicious, share platter at The Crown Hotel in Collie.
