Go truffle hunting on the Manjimup orchard of Australia’s most experienced truffle growing family, meet the truffle dogs and enjoy delicious 2 course breakfast, featuring black truffle developed by acclaimed Chef David Coomer.
Join us amongst the hazels and oaks of the Booth family orchard (Australian Truffle Traders), follow the truffle dogs as they hunt for the ripest truffles.
Get hands on digging them up and experience the thrilling aroma of freshly dug truffle. Discover the art and science of how truffles are grown, the incredible skill of the dogs that find them and the remarkable story of how Manjimup truffles took the world by storm.
After your hunt – head to Hound & Hunter Fine Foods where you’ll be welcomed to taste our range, buy fresh black truffle and products from our Deli & Test Kitchen
Your experience culminates with truffle infused country feast lunch put together by chef David Coomer using fresh truffle, Hound & Hunter products, and seasonal produce.
Croque Madame, house baked sourdough, with three cheeses, shaved leg ham, black truffle bechamel, poached egg and shaved black truffle. Followed by a seasonal, decadent tart.
