DESCRIPTION
Participants will learn the basic principals of cheesemaking, including hygiene and sanitation procedures. You will learn to pasteurise farm fresh milk, then will make a beautiful creamy blue cheese & sour cream. Cheese tastings will be provided, and at the end of the day you will take home your own cheese to nurture and consume at your leisure.
A shared lunch platter, wine tasting and your choice of a glass of wine to enjoy with lunch will be included.
