Learn the stories of Dysart House, visit our fully functioning distillery and get a unique guided tasting of our products.
Dysart house, Kempton, has been home to Old Kempton Distillery since November 2015. On site we make a variety of spirits including; single malt whisky, gin, and liqueurs. All made using 100% Tasmanian ingredients.
The Cafe, full of house made treats, is open 10am until 4pm as is the Cellar Door – full of Tasmanian produce, our spirits and local wines.
