Our Gin tour and tasting is located in a truly unique location. We are based in the heart of The Rocks in Sydney, almost under the iconic Harbour Bridge.
Hickson House Gin has won gold medals at the most prestigious spirits shows, with every product having picked up a gold medal.
The distillery itself it built in a historic bond building that used to house goods sent to Australia from all over the world. One of Australia’s largest and oldest gantry cranes was located in the building and the steel girders holding up the building are the same used in the building of the Harbour Bridge under which we are located.
The tour itself starts with a Gin & Tonic before heading into the distillery to learn about the gin production process.
Head back into our award-winning bar and enjoy a tasting of our multi award winning gin range.
Hickson House also features a full bar and dining room to enjoy while spending some time with us.
A delicious and fascinating guided walking tour of the iconic Queen Victoria Market.
